Holistic massage takes the whole client into account rather than just focussing on the physical issue. For example their environment and lifestyle can have an impact on the body. So you’re not just treated as a sore shoulder.
Holistic massage can be either relaxing or energising depending on your needs. For example you may have a meeting to attend after your treatment which you need to be alert for or, if you don’t have any plans then a relaxing massage may be exactly what you need.
If you have never received a massage treatment before then holistic massage is a good starter massage. You can choose from a whole body or to just concentrate on specific areas, for example the back, the legs, shoulders and arms or the face and head.
